Return Policy

fladeni will accept return of full priced items within 10 days of your parcel being received.
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with original packaging and with all tags attached.
We do not cover the shipping cost for returning an item back to our atelier, located in Abidjan Côte d’Ivoire. We recommend using a traceable service to reduce the risk of lost packages.
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the return requirements.
